We truly value continuity of care and our low staff turnover rates and our all permanent part-time and full-time team enables us to refrain from casual agency educators and ensure your child is cared for by the same familiar faces year after year.

We employ educators with a wide range of qualifications, experience and expertise for each room and all staff have current Working with Children Checks and First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training. Additionally, we have above the required educator-to-child ratios with regular permanent float educators.

We are committed to providing on going professional development to ensure all educators maintain their knowledge and are up to date with the latest trends in the sector with regular in-house and formal training. Our university-trained Early Childhood Teachers are all NESA Accredited.
