Leaping Learners is proud of every staff we employ in our Early Learning Centres and they play a significant role in the development of your child. The centre has employed staff with a wide range of qualifications, experience and expertise and we are committed to providing high quality care and therefore we employ staff with all the necessary qualifications to care for all children.On a day to day basis, the Centre is managed by the Director in consultation with Early Childhood Educators.

The Centre is staffed by a professional, qualified, competent staff. Leaping Learners also has one of the lowest staff turn over rates ensuring your child is cared for by the same familiar faces year after year.

Each staff member has a current First Aid Certificate and all staff are encouraged and expected to attend courses and "In-Services" during the year to maintain knowledge and teaching methods. Staff members work closely with parents, providing care that meets the needs of the children, parents and local community. Additional staff may be employed to assist children with Special Needs.
